Refund/Draw Out Rules: 

In order to receive a refund, the contestant must submit a draw out form by the deadline date above. The Draw Out/Scratch Form is available on our Senior World website under Other Forms. Fill out form online, attach required documentation if required, and hit submit.

     - 80% Refund of entries, stalls, RV hookup, shavings, etc. will be granted for any reason prior to the deadline date above. After the deadline of November 3, 2026, 70% refunds will be granted with a vet release or doctor's release only until November 10, 2026.

No refunds will be given after the above deadlines. Forms received after the deadline will not receive a refund and the fees will remain in the payout. It is the contestants responsibility to make sure you complete the draw out form and attach the doctor/vet release before the deadline. The contestant must receive a confirmation email from Senior World Championship Barrel Race confirming receipt of draw out documentation in order to receive a refund. No Refunds will be issued prior or at the Race! All refunds will be sent to you the week following the race. The refund can be sent in the form of a check or PayPal.
